A group of some 150 Scouts from three cities in three different corners of Bosnia-Herzegovina – Zenica, in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from Prijedor and Prnjavor in the Republika Srpska spent their annual summer camp together on the shores of Lake Boračko. “This is a proof, that bonding between the different sectors of our nation is still possible,” adds Hana, “even though the gloomy political, nationalist rhetoric prevailing might lead one to believe otherwise!”
The summer camp was only the first in a number of activities planned under the heading “Jednostavno izviđaštvo (Simply Scouting)”.
